   Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs, or strollers.

2. Is this a walking tour?

   Yes. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.

3. What is the VIP Caesar & Colosseum option?

   This option provides access to Roman Forum SUPER Sites. Please note that it does not include entry to the Arena Floor.

4. Do I need to provide participant names when booking?

   Yes. Full names of all participants must be provided at booking and must match the names on their ID or passport. Name changes are not permitted.

5. Is ID required for the tour?

   Yes. All participants, including children, must bring a government-issued ID or passport. Security may deny entry without it.

6. Could the Colosseum, Forum, or Palatine Hill close unexpectedly?

   Yes. These sites may occasionally close. If possible, we’ll notify you in advance. Last-minute updates will be given at the start of the tour.

7. Are there restrictions on what I can bring?

   Yes. Only small backpacks and regular-size handbags are allowed. Large items and weapons are not permitted, and there is no storage or lockers available.

8. When should I arrive for check-in?

   Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour starts. Late arrivals or no-shows cannot be accommodated, and no refunds are provided.

9. Are tips included?

   Tips for your guide are not included but are always appreciated.

10. Is Walks officially recognized to guide this tour?

    Yes. Walks is an Official Parco Archeologico del Colosseo operator approved to lead tours of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill.
